About the Role
You will process online orders from store inventory with high accuracy and good presentation. That means picking items by size, colour and SKU, packing to brand standards with folding, tissue wrap, tags, invoice and sealing, and preparing shipments by printing labels, attaching the air waybill, handing parcels to the courier and updating dispatch status. You will run quality checks, process returns, keep stock accurate, keep the fulfilment area tidy and quickly escalate out-of-stock, damaged or missing items and system problems.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick items from the shop floor or back of house by size, colour and SKU
- Pack orders to brand standards and prepare labelled shipments for courier handover
- Check for the right item, damage, removed security tags and correct quantities
- Process returns: receive, inspect, relabel and restock
- Keep stock accurate with regular checks and proper put-away
- Keep the area tidy and safe, and escalate problems quickly
Qualifications & Requirements
- Basic computer skills for email, scanning, label printing and system updates
- Strong attention to detail with sizes, barcodes, order notes and packaging
- Able to work quickly and accurately against daily cut-off times
- Good communication and teamwork with store staff, couriers and e-commerce support
- Basic English for order notes, addresses and SOPs
- Able to stand for long periods and handle cartons; reliable with shifts, weekends and peak periods
- Scanner, POS/OMS or courier portal experience is a plus
