Key Responsibilities
Global Transportation Coordination
- Coordinate the global transportation of goods across international routes and ensure prompt, on-time deliveries based on customer requirements
- Monitor active shipments in real time and proactively manage deviations, delays, and logistics issues before they impact customers
- Manage communication with third-party carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operational flow
- Use the A11 Salesforce-based logistics management platform to track, manage, and optimize all global transport activities
New Trade Lane Development
- Identify and open new trade lanes by finding, evaluating, and onboarding new logistics partners across global markets
- Research and develop new international routes that expand A11’s logistics network and improve supply chain coverage for customers
- Build and maintain strong, reliable, and long-term relationships with logistics service providers across Europe, Asia, and beyond
- Contribute commercially to A11’s global platform growth by expanding the reach and capability of its supply chain network
Customer Relationship Management
- Create and nurture strong, reliable, and long-term relationships with A11’s customers through quality execution and transparent communication
- Act as a trusted logistics point of contact for customers — providing clear, proactive updates on shipment status and issue resolution
- Collaborate closely with the customer success team to align logistics performance with customer expectations and retention goals
- Use Salesforce CRM to track customer interactions, logistics performance data, and KPIs for transparent management reporting
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence
- Collaborate closely with procurement, product management, growth, customer success, and engineering teams on logistics requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience & Background
- 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management — ideally across international or cross-border trade environments
- Proven experience optimizing logistics costs while maintaining high operational excellence and service delivery standards
- Experience scaling logistics operations across multiple countries — international trade lane management is a core part of this role
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field — Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, or similar discipline
Skills & Personal Profile
- Fluent German at C1 level or above — mandatory for daily communication with German-speaking partners, customers, and stakeholders
- Data-driven approach with strong proficiency in KPIs and CRM systems — Salesforce experience is directly relevant to this role
