Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Goods Receipt, Inspection & ERP Bookings
- Process incoming and outgoing goods, including all corresponding postings in the ERP system
- Independently carry out incoming goods inspection and check delivered items for quantity, condition, and documentation
- Record, issue, and book materials in the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner
- Support the preparation and execution of the annual inventory count
Internal Distribution, Picking & Staging
- Organise and carry out internal goods distribution to departments and production areas
- Pick and stage raw materials, components, and finished products according to requirements
- Operate warehouse and transport equipment safely, especially industrial trucks such as forklifts
- Keep the warehouse tidy, structured, and organised for efficient daily workflows
Packing, Shipping & Service Provider Coordination
- Pack, ship, and load goods professionally and in line with transport and safety requirements
- Coordinate and manage external packaging service providers
- Prepare shipping and delivery documentation accurately for outgoing shipments
- Ensure timely dispatch in line with internal priorities and customer commitments
Repair Processes & Documentation
- Support the organisation and handling of repair processes, including assigning repair numbers
- Create repair reports and keep all related records complete and traceable
- Digitise, maintain, and file relevant documentation in an orderly manner
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to keep information and materials flowing smoothly
Qualifications & Requirements
