Position Overview
As Senior Executive (R&D), you’ll run projects from prototype to refined formulation, test products against consumer expectations and regulatory standards, and document everything clearly. You’ll also choose ingredients, analyze consistency, safety and nutritional value, and keep an eye on market trends and regulatory changes to keep the Farm Fresh range competitive.

Key Responsibilities
- Run R&D projects, including new product development, reformulation and quality improvements
- Work with cross-functional teams to build prototypes, test products and refine formulations
- Select ingredients and analyze products for consistency, safety and nutrition
- Prepare product specifications, trial reports and quality assessments
- Align R&D work with brand standards and production capabilities alongside QA, marketing and production
- Manage timelines, testing protocols and technical challenges
- Track market trends, industry innovations and regulatory changes
Qualifications & Competencies
- Food Science: Strong expertise in product formulation and ingredient functionality in processed foods
- Testing: Proficiency in analytical testing methods for quality and compliance
- Compliance: Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality control processes
- Tools: Experience with R&D software and data management tools for trial documentation
- Soft Skills: Problem solving, attention to detail and project management for multiple projects
