Key Responsibilities
As an FSMS Auditor and Trainer in Dubai, your primary responsibilities will include:
Food Safety Management System Auditing
- Conduct comprehensive FSMS audits including ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and other food safety standards
- Perform on-site assessments of food businesses including restaurants, manufacturing facilities, hotels, and catering operations
- Review documentation, procedures, records, and physical conditions against certification requirements
- Identify non-conformances, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action requirements
- Verify implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Support clients through initial certification, surveillance, and recertification audit processes
Professional Training Delivery
- Deliver engaging and effective training programs on ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 9001, food safety awareness, and related topics
- Conduct public and in-house training sessions for diverse audiences including management teams, quality professionals, and operational staff
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, case studies, and practical exercises
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and certification courses
- Assess trainee comprehension through exercises, tests, and practical evaluations
- Issue certificates and maintain training records
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients across the UAE food industry
- Provide technical guidance and consultancy on food safety system implementation

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational & Certification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a closely related field
- ISO 22000 Lead Auditor certification (mandatory)
- HACCP certification from a recognized body (mandatory)
- FSSC 22000 auditor certification (preferred)
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred)
- Train-the-Trainer certification (advantage)
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience conducting food safety audits or working in food safety quality roles
