- Coordinate and supervise daily production activities of assigned production staff

Quality & Safety Management
- Ensure production processes are carried out in accordance with established safety standards

Team Leadership & Development

Qualifications, Experience & Skills
The ideal candidate for this production lead position must possess:
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
- OR Bachelor’s degree in Science (Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry)
Professional Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in FMCG food industry required
- At least 2 years in similar production lead, supervisor, or coordinator role
- Experience in protein products and frozen food categories is strong plus
- Proven track record managing production teams and meeting targets
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Deep understanding of FMCG food manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of protein processing and frozen food production operations
