Daily F&B Operations Management
- Manage all daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets — ensuring smooth, efficient, and consistently high-quality service delivery from opening to close across every shift
- Ensure high service standards, exceptional guest satisfaction, and consistent product quality are maintained across all F&B touchpoints in line with the company’s established brand and hospitality standards
- Monitor operational workflows, identify bottlenecks or service failures proactively, and implement immediate improvements to protect the guest experience and operational efficiency at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and support teams to ensure seamless interdepartmental collaboration across all F&B operations and related hospitality functions
Team Supervision, Scheduling & Training
- Supervise, manage, and motivate the full F&B team across all outlets — building a high-performance, guest-focused culture where every team member takes pride in service excellence
- Prepare efficient staff schedules aligned with outlet volume, peak demand, and operational requirements — ensuring optimal coverage without compromising service quality or cost efficiency
- Support ongoing staff training and professional development across all F&B roles — equipping the team with the knowledge, skills, and standards needed to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, address performance concerns professionally, and build a motivated and accountable F&B team across all Fujairah outlets
Financial Performance — Budgets, Costs & Sales
- Monitor, analyze, and report on F&B sales, budgets, costs, and overall operational performance — providing management with accurate and timely financial performance insights and recommendations
- Control stock levels, manage purchasing processes, and optimize inventory of all food, beverages, and operational supplies to minimize waste, prevent shortages, and support cost efficiency
- Identify and implement revenue-driving initiatives, menu optimizations, and operational efficiency improvements that support F&B profitability and business growth objectives
- Prepare structured operational reports on F&B performance, including sales analysis, cost variance reviews, and actionable improvement recommendations for management review
Food Safety, Hygiene & Supplier Coordination
- Ensure rigorous compliance with all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and UAE public health regulations across all F&B outlets, storage areas, and food preparation zones at all times
- Conduct regular inspections of all F&B areas to verify hygiene and safety standards — implementing immediate corrective actions whenever deviations are identified to protect guests and maintain compliance
- Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-consistent supply of all food, beverage, and F&B operational materials required across all outlets
- Liaise with internal departments — including procurement, engineering, and housekeeping — to maintain smooth and integrated F&B operations across the entire Fujairah hospitality operation
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field — required for all management-level applicants to this position
- Additional professional certifications in food safety, HACCP, F&B management, or revenue management are considered meaningful advantages for this senior UAE hospitality role
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations — with proven management-level responsibility across restaurant, café, hotel, or multi-outlet F&B environments
