Position Overview
The Field Trainer at UnBread owns product adoption at the kitchen level — from the very first preparation through to consistent, independent repeat use by the full café team. You will visit accounts on-site, demonstrate correct product use with the customer’s own equipment and team, troubleshoot any issues in real time, and return for first production and early follow-up until the process is fully embedded. You operate independently across your accounts in live kitchen environments — taking full personal ownership of every customer’s product adoption success, without day-to-day management or supervision. This is not a sales role. Your only focus is making sure every café you work with uses UnBread correctly, confidently, and without needing you to hold their hand every time.

What You Will Be Doing
Field Training & Account Ownership
- Own the first product use on-site at every new café and kitchen account — setting the standard for preparation quality and team confidence from the very first session
- Work directly and hands-on with operators and kitchen staff to ensure consistent preparation technique and consistent product output at every account you manage across Abu Dhabi
- Demonstrate the full product process using the customer’s actual equipment, workspace, and team — adapting dynamically to real kitchen conditions rather than controlled ideal environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve any preparation, consistency, or product quality issues in real time during every site visit — taking full ownership of solutions without unnecessary escalation
- Return to accounts for first full production runs and structured early follow-up visits — reinforcing correct usage, building team confidence, and verifying that quality standards are maintained
- Support repeat product use at each account until the UnBread preparation process is genuinely embedded into the kitchen team’s daily routine — independent of your presence
- Retrain kitchen teams whenever required due to staff changes, quality drift, or preparation inconsistencies identified during follow-up site visits
Distributor Support, Feedback & Documentation
- Support consistency of product knowledge and correct preparation standards across UnBread’s distributor partners operating in the UAE market
- Actively capture structured, actionable feedback from café operators and kitchen teams to continuously improve how the product is delivered, trained, and supported across all accounts
- Maintain accurate, complete, same-day records of every site visit — documenting preparation quality, issues encountered, team capability levels, and all agreed follow-up actions
Important — What This Role Is NOT: This is not a sales role. You are not responsible for prospecting, pitching, or closing new accounts. Your entire focus is product adoption success — ensuring every existing customer uses UnBread correctly, confidently, and consistently over time without requiring constant support from you.
Who We Are Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Hands-on experience working in café, restaurant, catering, or food production environments — practical kitchen knowledge is essential and absolutely non-negotiable for this role
- Comfortable operating in live, fast-paced kitchen environments with constant variability, real time pressure, and unpredictable daily conditions
- Practical, resourceful approach to problem solving — you work out solutions on the spot using what is available, without waiting to be told what to do
- Strong ability to work independently across multiple accounts and take full personal ownership of every outcome without requiring day-to-day management
- Clear, confident communicator — able to adjust your communication style effectively to work with diverse kitchen teams, cultures, and backgrounds across the UAE
- Fluent English is required for this role — Arabic language ability is helpful and welcome but is not essential
- Based in the UAE or genuinely able to relocate to Abu Dhabi quickly — UAE employment visa is fully sponsored by UnBread
