Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Workforce Development
- Lead, motivate, and direct production team members across all shifts — building a high-performance, accountable, and safety-conscious manufacturing team culture
- Assist in supervising shift supervisors, line operators, and production staff — providing clear direction, performance feedback, and operational guidance to maximize team productivity
- Support the identification of training needs within the production team and contribute to the delivery of on-the-job training, skills development, and safety awareness programs
- Foster strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration across production shifts and between the production department and other operational functions within the facility
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all production processes and outputs comply with the company’s established quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements applicable to the manufacturing sector
- Actively promote and enforce a strong workplace safety culture — ensuring all production personnel follow safety procedures, use personal protective equipment, and report hazards promptly
- Support quality control activities on the production floor — monitoring product quality at critical stages, identifying non-conformances, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with the quality team

Continuous Improvement & Operational Efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
