- Apply strong observation and monitoring skills to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or process deviations on the production floor
- Ensure production targets, timelines, and output quality standards are consistently met across all shifts and operational areas
- Proactively address operational issues and make timely decisions to maintain continuous and efficient production performance
Team Leadership & Workforce Management
- Lead, direct, and motivate the production team to perform at their highest level within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Assign tasks and responsibilities clearly, ensuring each team member understands their role in the overall production process
