- Implement, follow, and actively monitor HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) plans across all bakery production operations — ensuring all critical control points are consistently managed and documented

- Coordinate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs with the production team — following up diligently to verify that implemented actions have resolved the identified quality issues effectively
- Maintain a structured customer complaint database — tracking complaint types, frequencies, and resolution outcomes to identify priority quality improvement areas
- Communicate quality findings, complaint resolution outcomes, and improvement recommendations clearly to production supervisors, managers, and senior quality leadership
Documentation, Reporting & Team Coordination
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date quality documentation and records — including inspection reports, HACCP records, non-conformance reports, and corrective action logs in full compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare regular quality performance reports covering inspection results, defect rates, complaint trends, and quality metric analysis for review by quality and production management
- Coordinate closely with production teams and all relevant department members to implement quality improvement initiatives and resolve non-conformances quickly and effectively

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Relevant hands-on experience in QA/QC roles within the bakery or food manufacturing industry is strongly preferred — candidates from food production, FMCG, or related food safety roles will also be considered
- Demonstrated practical experience implementing HACCP, GMP, and food safety management standards within a food manufacturing or bakery production environment
- Prior experience handling customer quality complaints, writing non-conformance reports, and managing corrective and preventive action programs in a food production context
