Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver comprehensive, engaging, and effective food safety training programs based on HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System frameworks — tailored to the specific operational context and knowledge level of each client audience
- Train food handlers, kitchen teams, food production staff, catering professionals, and hospitality employees across Saudi Arabia on the principles, practices, and importance of food safety in their daily operational roles
- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions in English — adapting delivery style, pace, and content to maximize understanding, engagement, and knowledge retention among diverse multinational participant groups
- Ensure all training content is accurate, current, compliant with Saudi food safety regulatory requirements, and aligned with international HACCP and ISO 22000 standards and best practices
Training Assessment & Certification Support
- Conduct pre-training assessments and post-training evaluations to measure participant knowledge, identify learning gaps, and verify that training objectives have been effectively achieved across all sessions delivered
- Support clients and participants through food safety certification processes — providing guidance on HACCP implementation, ISO 22000 system documentation, and audit readiness preparation

Client Engagement & Program Development

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Public Health, Environmental Health, or a closely related field — required as the educational foundation for this Food Safety Trainer position
- Any additional academic qualifications, postgraduate training, or professional development in food safety management, quality systems, or adult training and education are considered meaningful advantages
Certification Requirements
- HACCP Certification is mandatory — all applicants must hold a recognized, current HACCP certification. Applications without valid HACCP certification cannot be processed for this role
- ISO 22000 Certification is mandatory — all applicants must also hold a recognized ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System certification in addition to HACCP — both are non-negotiable requirements
