Position Overview
This Production Administration / Materials Management role at CCEP’s Dorsten plant sits at the heart of Germany’s beverage supply chain. The successful candidate will oversee the procurement and monitoring of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables, record all goods movements, manage internal inventories, and administer the production management system with hands-on SAP expertise. With a start date of July 1, 2026, and a contract running through to March 31, 2027, this is a well-structured opportunity for a commercially trained logistics or materials management professional to gain invaluable experience inside one of the world’s most iconic FMCG operations.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Inventory Monitoring
- Monitor and manage procurement of all raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables required for production
- Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid production stoppages while minimizing excess inventory costs
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of all production-critical materials
- Track consumption patterns and adjust ordering processes accordingly to support efficient production planning
Goods Movements & Complaint Handling
- Record all incoming and outgoing goods movements accurately within the SAP system in real time
- Handle supplier and internal complaints professionally, documenting issues and coordinating prompt resolutions
- Ensure all materials receipts and dispatches are correctly logged for audit and reporting purposes
- Support quality checks on delivered materials in collaboration with the production and quality teams
Internal Inventory Management
- Conduct regular internal inventories and manage the full inventory counting process from planning to completion
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes to continuously improve stock accuracy
- Maintain inventory records with a high level of accuracy to support production scheduling and cost control
- Develop and improve inventory management processes to align with CCEP’s operational standards
Production Management System Administration
- Administer and maintain the production management system ensuring all data is current, accurate, and accessible
- Evaluate relevant key performance figures and prepare regular reports for management review
- Maintain master data integrity within SAP and other production-relevant IT platforms
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely, accurate operational KPI reporting to stakeholders

- Completed commercial training with practical experience in logistics, materials management, or merchandise management
- Proficient and confident use of SAP — knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) module is a strong advantage
