Key Responsibilities
Systematic Quality Inspections & Product Standards
- Conduct systematic, structured quality inspections at every critical production stage — including ingredient receiving, preparation, assembly, packaging, and final product dispatch — ensuring 100% compliance with Noon’s established quality and consistency standards
- Inspect all incoming ingredients for freshness indicators, quality defects, and supplier specification compliance — rejecting any incoming materials that do not meet Noon Minutes’ established ingredient quality requirements
- Frequently check product specifications against Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) — verifying that all products assembled and packaged for delivery meet the exact standards defined by Noon’s quality benchmarks
- Reject non-conforming products at any production stage — documenting all quality failures clearly and conducting structured root cause analysis to identify the source of deviations and prevent recurrence
HACCP, CCP Monitoring & Allergen Control

- Perform regular shelf-life testing and monitor expiration date accuracy on all packaged products — ensuring that date coding, labelling, and product shelf life claims are accurate, compliant, and visible for all items entering delivery operations
Sanitation Audits, Staff Training & Municipality Liaison
- Conduct daily sanitation audits of all workstations, production equipment, storage areas, and staff personal hygiene compliance — identifying and correcting any sanitation deficiencies before they impact product quality or regulatory compliance
- Train food handling staff on proper food handling techniques, portion control procedures, allergen awareness, hygiene standards, and quality standards — building a food safety culture where every team member understands and consistently applies the required practices
- Liaise directly and professionally with Dubai Municipality food safety inspectors during all facility audits, routine inspections, and regulatory visits — representing Noon Minutes’ quality function with competence and full regulatory knowledge

- Maintain comprehensive quality control logs, HACCP documentation, and full traceability records for all products — ensuring complete documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance at all times
- Report quality performance trends, non-conformance patterns, and actionable improvement recommendations to management — contributing data-driven insights that drive continuous improvement in Noon Minutes’ quality outcomes
- Develop and refine product recipes and quality standards in collaboration with the culinary and operations teams — ensuring product consistency, quality, and compliance are built into every recipe and production procedure

Qualifications & Requirements
Mandatory Certifications
