Key Responsibilities
Daily Production Operations Management
- Manage all day-to-day snack food production operations at the Crisp manufacturing facility in Umm Al Quwain — ensuring smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted production flow across all product lines and manufacturing shifts
- Ensure production targets are consistently achieved on schedule — monitoring output volumes, line efficiency, machine utilization, and production throughput against established operational KPIs
- Develop and implement production schedules — planning manpower allocation, material requirements, equipment usage, and shift assignments to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime
- Identify and rapidly resolve production bottlenecks, equipment issues, and workflow disruptions — making quick, well-grounded operational decisions that protect production targets and quality standards simultaneously
Quality, Hygiene & Food Safety Standards
- Monitor and enforce rigorous hygiene, food safety, and manufacturing quality standards across all production areas — ensuring every product leaving the Crisp facility meets the premium quality standards the brand is known for across the UAE and GCC
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable UAE food manufacturing regulations, food safety standards, and Crisp’s internal quality benchmarks for snack food production, packaging, and storage

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- Experience in food or snack food manufacturing is strongly preferred — candidates with backgrounds in FMCG food production, snack food manufacturing, confectionery, or related processed food industries are best suited for this role
- Proven track record in a production management or production leadership role within a food manufacturing environment — demonstrating the ability to manage teams, meet production targets, and maintain quality standards
