Key Responsibilities

- Conduct routine laboratory tests on all incoming wheat raw materials, in-process flour products, and finished goods — verifying compliance with Al Ain Mills’ established product quality specifications and food safety standards
- Perform critical analytical tests including moisture content, ash content, protein percentage, gluten development, falling number, and other flour-specific quality parameters — using established standard operating procedures and laboratory testing methods
- Ensure all laboratory testing is conducted strictly in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) — maintaining the consistency, accuracy, and traceability required for effective quality management in flour manufacturing
- Monitor product quality continuously throughout the production process — identifying deviations from specifications early and reporting inconsistencies to production and quality teams for immediate corrective action
Records Management, Reporting & Equipment Calibration
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and well-organized records of all test results — documenting findings clearly and reporting any deviations from specifications or quality standards to the quality management team without delay
- Assist in the routine calibration and preventive maintenance of all laboratory equipment — ensuring all analytical instruments are operating accurately and producing reliable, traceable test data at all times

Educational Requirements
