Key Responsibilities
Quality Systems Support — ISO 9001
- Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of ISO 9001 quality management standards across production operations
- Assist in conducting quality inspections, in-process checks, and product audits to ensure standards are consistently met
- Participate actively in non-conformity investigations, root cause analysis, and the development of corrective action plans
- Collaborate with production teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
Health & Safety Compliance — ISO 45001 / HSE
- Conduct regular safety walks and workplace inspections to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and non-compliant practices
- Assist in performing comprehensive risk assessments, ensuring all identified hazards are properly documented and controlled
- Monitor compliance with PPE usage requirements, safe operating procedures, and machine safety protocols across the facility
- Support accurate and timely incident reporting, investigation processes, and safety documentation for all workplace events
Environmental Initiatives — ISO 14001
- Support the organization’s environmental management initiatives including waste management, recycling programmes, and resource monitoring
- Monitor and record environmental compliance data to support ISO 14001 audit requirements and sustainability reporting
- Promote environmental responsibility and sustainability awareness across all production and operational departments
- Assist in developing and communicating environmental best practices to all staff in line with UAE green economy goals
Documentation, Audits & Reporting
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date QHSE documentation, inspection logs, and reports for internal reviews and external audits
- Prepare supporting materials for QHSE audits and ensure all required records are organized, accessible, and compliant
- Assist in compiling QHSE performance data and contributing to regular management reports and dashboard updates
- Ensure all documentation is handled with strict confidentiality and in line with organizational data management standards
Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Safety Culture
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and other operational departments to promote and embed QHSE compliance across all teams
- Champion a strong culture of continuous improvement, safety awareness, and environmental responsibility throughout the workplace
- Communicate QHSE updates, findings, and safety messages clearly and effectively to colleagues at all organizational levels
- Support the broader QHSE team with any additional tasks, projects, or initiatives as assigned by the QHSE Manager

Required Profile
- UAE National with a valid Family Book — this role is part of the organization’s active Emiratization programme
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Management, or a related discipline
