Production Target Achievement & Quality Standards
- Ensure the production of Premier Foods plant products at the correct specifications and within all established quality standards — maintaining the consistently high product quality that Almarai’s brand and consumer trust demand across every production run
- Support production operations to achieve agreed output targets while adhering strictly to quality, safety, and environmental standards — and managing all support services to agreed service levels at all times
- Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the Premier Foods plant — applying good management principles and practices to identify performance gaps and drive systematic operational improvements
- Apply manufacturing best practices for the achievement of maximum plant utilization and efficiency — continuously identifying and implementing improvements that raise production output and reduce waste
Cross-Department Coordination & Productivity
- Arrange and lead regular cross-departmental meetings with all functions that have a direct impact on production success — ensuring that quality, maintenance, supply chain, and logistics teams are aligned on production priorities and issue resolution
- Proactively resolve interdepartmental issues that affect production flow, product quality, or operational efficiency — acting as a collaborative bridge between production and all supporting functions across the Riyadh Premier Foods facility
- Coordinate with quality assurance, food safety, and engineering teams to ensure that all product specifications, biosecurity requirements, and manufacturing standards are consistently met across every production shift
- Manage the support services associated with the Premier Foods production operation — ensuring that all service level agreements are maintained and that operational support keeps pace with production demands
Biosecurity Compliance & Lean Management
- Play a lead role in implementing, updating, and ensuring strict compliance with all biosecurity standards applicable to the Premier Foods meat production environment — a critical non-negotiable requirement for product safety and regulatory compliance
- Achieve agreed production yield targets through the rigorous minimization of waste and the consistent application of lean management principles across all Premier Foods plant operations
- Apply lean manufacturing tools and methodologies — including continuous improvement, waste reduction, process standardization, and efficiency optimization — to drive measurable gains in production performance and cost efficiency
- Monitor production yield data, analyze wastage patterns, and implement targeted corrective actions that improve yield performance and reduce production losses across all Premier Foods product lines
Team Leadership & KPI Management

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Production, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, or a closely related field — required as the minimum educational qualification for this Almarai Premier Foods role
- ISO 9000 Quality Standards certification AND ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management certification — both certifications are explicitly required and are not merely preferred for this production management position
