Key Responsibilities
Production Floor Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise and lead the production team across assigned shifts — ensuring all staff are working efficiently, safely, and in line with production targets and operational standards
- Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet output targets, minimize downtime, and ensure on-time delivery of finished FMCG products to dispatch
- Motivate, guide, and develop production team members — providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and on-the-job coaching to maintain a high-performing manufacturing team
- Manage shift handovers professionally — communicating outstanding tasks, production status, quality issues, and operational priorities clearly to incoming supervisors and management
Production Process Monitoring & Quality Control
- Monitor production line operations continuously to ensure consistent product quality, appropriate output rates, and full compliance with product specifications and recipes
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards across all production areas — conducting regular checks and taking immediate corrective action where non-compliance is identified
