Position Overview
The Restaurant Supervisor at SEVEN’s The Dose by Silvena in Dubai is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the seamless operation of the front-of-house team during every shift. You will directly support the Cluster Restaurant Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience, managing stock, submitting operational reports, coaching the FOH team, and enforcing SEVEN’s high standards of service, hygiene, and professionalism. This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced premium restaurant environment and is passionate about wellness, quality service, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Service Excellence
- Supervise the FOH team to ensure every guest receives professional, friendly, and efficient service at all times
- Handle all guest inquiries and complaints personally, resolving issues immediately and escalating major matters to the Cluster Restaurant Manager when required
- Maintain a welcoming, clean, and well-organized restaurant environment throughout every shift
Team Supervision & Training
- Lead, mentor, and train new FOH team members on service standards, menu knowledge, POS operation, and hygiene practices
- Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and follow up on team tasks to ensure accountability and consistent quality
- Motivate the team to uphold SEVEN’s high service standards during all shifts, including peak periods
- Prepare and manage the FOH duty schedule, ensuring adequate and appropriate staffing across all zones
Stock Management & Ordering
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes for beverages, disposables, and service items with full accuracy
- Place stock orders as required, ensuring quantities align with restaurant operational needs and standards
- Monitor stock usage, wastage, and shortages, reporting all findings to the Cluster Restaurant Manager promptly
Reporting & Operational Support
- Submit daily sales reports and assist with cash handling and POS reconciliation at the end of each shift
- Ensure FOH stations, service areas, and beverage counters are properly set up and maintained before and during service
- Oversee service flow and team task allocation during shifts to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction
Compliance & Brand Standards
- Enforce hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards among all FOH staff in line with SEVEN brand guidelines
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP protocols and Dubai Municipality health and safety regulations at all times
- Report operational or maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate teams for swift resolution
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a premium restaurant or café environment (required)
- Leadership: Strong hands-on leadership and team management skills with a positive, motivating approach
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to engage effectively with guests, staff, and management
- Stock & Reporting: Working knowledge of stock management, ordering procedures, and daily sales reporting
- Organization: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Guest Focus: A professional, positive, and genuinely guest-first attitude in every interaction
- Technology: Proficient in POS systems and comfortable with basic computer applications for reporting
- Compliance: Knowledge of HACCP and Dubai Municipality food safety and hygiene regulations is a strong advantage
