Position Overview
This Product & Agricultural Technical Support Specialist role handles incoming tech support calls and emails via Zendesk, coordinates with USA & Canada support teams, and works closely with the Technical Service Manager on project plans and training. You will provide guidance to distributors and customers to optimize system performance, train equipment installers and end users, follow up with key accounts and integrators, and collaborate with the sales team to deliver optimal project solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Handle incoming tech support calls via Zendesk software and emails
- Coordinate with USA & Canada support teams and follow up via Zendesk
Project Coordination & Training
- Work closely with the Technical Service Manager to coordinate project plans and training
- Train equipment installers on building and equipment setup
- Train customers/end users on product functions
Customer & Distributor Support
- Provide guidance and follow-up to distributors and customers to optimize system performance
- Follow up with key accounts/integrators for additional training needs
Sales & Solutions Collaboration
- Collaborate with the sales team and distributors to provide optimal project solutions
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Associate’s degree
Experience Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience; live production experience on sow farms preferred
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid USA driver’s license
Core Competencies
- Willingness to work with low voltage components, basic electronic knowledge, tools, and multimeter
- Industry knowledge and familiarity with smart controllers on swine and/or poultry
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
