Position Overview
This Global Supply Chain Process Expert role is part of REPA’s exciting transformation journey. You will analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes with a sharp focus on procurement and logistics. The position is central to the strategically important NDS project for process optimization at a new warehouse location — working at the interface between Purchasing and Logistics to deliver measurable results across REPA’s European operations.

Key Responsibilities
NDS Project & Warehouse Optimization
- Participate in the strategically important NDS project for process optimization at a new warehouse location
- Focus on the critical interface between Purchasing and Logistics to ensure seamless operations
- Support integration of new system landscapes including WMS and ERP platforms
- Drive digital transformation of supply chain processes across European locations
Supply Chain Process Analysis & Design
- Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes in procurement and logistics
- Develop and implement efficiency measures, standardize workflows, and digitize existing processes
- Identify synergies between group entities — both operational and strategic — to optimize internal business processes
- Consolidate and understand demand planning within the future supply chain scenario
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management
- Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Logistics, IT, and Project Management (PMO) for holistic improvements
- Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and specialist department courses
- Drive change management initiatives across cross-functional project teams
- Participate actively in cross-location supply chain and digitalization initiatives
KPI Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor relevant supply chain KPIs and derive concrete recommendations for action
- Ensure continuous process improvement through data-driven insights and strategic thinking
- Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate complex supply chain interdependencies
- Support leadership with structured reporting and actionable performance insights
Long-Term Expert Role — European Level
- Take on a central expert role for supply chain process optimization at the European level after project completion
- Lead supply chain digitalization projects contributing to REPA’s long-term strategic transformation
- Support interface solutions development for new and evolving system landscapes (WMS, ERP)
- Serve as a key knowledge resource across the REPA Group for purchasing and logistics best practices
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Completed degree in industrial engineering, logistics, business administration, or comparable qualification
- Focus on supply chain management, procurement, or operations is strongly preferred
Experience Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management
- Experience ideally gained in an international or cross-functional business environment
- In-depth knowledge of process management and BPMN process modeling methodologies
- Strong understanding of cost structures and total cost of ownership principles
Technical & Language Skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools; strong IT affinity and digital process understanding
- Ideally hands-on experience with WMS and ERP systems in a logistics environment
- German language proficiency at C1–C2 level (required)
- English language proficiency at C1–C2 level (required); Italian language skills are an advantage
