Position Overview
The Cone Debone Production Supervisor leads all daily operations within the department, ensuring poultry products are processed safely, efficiently, and to exact quality specifications. - Uphold full HACCP compliance and all applicable USDA regulatory requirements at all times
- Conduct and support pre-operational inspections and sanitation standard verifications
Performance Metrics Management
- Achieve and exceed key operational KPIs including BMPH, Cost/lb., PPMH, and A-Grade percentage
- Continuously identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and waste reduction on the floor
- Track, analyze, and report on daily production performance data to management
- Drive a culture of accountability and results across the entire hourly production team
People & Compliance Administration
- Enforce HR and workplace safety policies consistently and fairly across all team members
- Manage employee timekeeping and time-off requests accurately using Kronos and Oracle HCM systems
- Ensure timely completion of all required training, certifications, and compliance documentation
- Coach, correct, and motivate hourly team members to maintain high morale and performance standards
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent — required minimum for this role
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Operations Management, Business, or related field — preferred
Experience Requirements
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced, labor-intensive production environment
- Poultry or meat manufacturing experience strongly preferred — food production and distribution also considered
- Proven hands-on leadership experience managing hourly teams in a high-volume facility
Essential Skills
