- Define and execute the global supply chain strategy, aligning fully with Carbomax’s commercial and operational objectives
- Manage procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency across global operations
- Support new product launches, market expansion initiatives, and sustainability programs through supply chain leadership
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the activated carbon, charcoal, and raw material markets to anticipate trends and strategic shifts
Global Supplier & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with global suppliers of activated carbon, charcoal, and associated raw materials
- Identify, evaluate, audit, and onboard new suppliers to strengthen Carbomax’s global raw material supply network
- Leverage an existing network of global raw material suppliers and industry stakeholders to deliver efficiency and reliability from day one
- Manage supplier performance through structured KPI frameworks, regular audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify, assess, mitigate, and proactively manage supply chain risks including regulatory, geopolitical, and compliance-related challenges
- Ensure full compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards applicable to the activated carbon and charcoal sectors
- Develop robust contingency and business continuity plans to protect supply chain reliability under disruption scenarios
- Monitor global market conditions and supply chain dynamics to stay ahead of risks that could impact raw material availability or cost
Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve service levels across all functions
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve individual and collective strategic goals

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications in supply chain or operations management (CSCP, CPSM, CIPS) are a strong advantage
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations leadership roles
- Deep industry experience in activated carbon, charcoal, associated raw material solutions, and agribusiness sectors
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-region global supply chains and large-scale raw material procurement programs
- Experience optimizing supply chain processes within fast-growing, entrepreneurial, or startup business environments
