Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Harvest Support
- Organise and execute delivery routes across the Greater Boston area on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
- Assist with harvest activities on delivery days, ensuring fresh microgreens are ready for timely customer delivery
Customer Communication & Account Coordination
- Coordinate closely with the Operations Manager regarding account updates, order changes, and ongoing customer communications
- Help ensure accurate order fulfilment and consistent product quality standards across all customer accounts
Inventory & Production Support
- Track inventory levels on an ongoing basis and assist with supply ordering to keep operations running smoothly
- Assist with production planning based on real-time customer demand and upcoming order volume
General Farm Operations
- Assist with general farm work as needed, supporting the broader team across day-to-day operational tasks
- Support overall workflow efficiency, helping the farm maintain consistency, quality, and reliable service
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interaction
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organised — essential for managing delivery schedules and customer commitments
- Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license, with comfort driving in city traffic and conditions
- Comfortable with moderate physical labour, including farm and harvest-related tasks
