- Maintain full compliance with project health, safety, and environment (HSE) requirements on-site — enforcing the project’s safety management plan and promoting a proactive safety culture across all contractor and subcontractor teams
- Review and assess contractor submissions including method statements, inspection and test plans, material submittals, and shop drawings — verifying compliance with project specifications before approving for construction
Façade Works Coordination & Supervision
- Review and actively coordinate all façade installation works with the façade subcontractor, specialist consultants, main contractor teams, and structural engineer — ensuring the façade programme integrates seamlessly with the overall construction sequence
- Oversee the practical execution of façade installation activities on-site — monitoring anchoring, panel installation, sealant application, interface detailing, and joint integrity against the approved façade engineer’s specifications and drawings

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
