Position Overview

As Production Supervisor at BRF’s Jeddah Factory in Saudi Arabia, you will be a frontline operational leader — responsible for coordinating daily production manpower allocation, implementing standard operating procedures, supporting engineering teams on equipment configuration and production flow design, optimizing resource utilization across lines, managing third-party workforce performance against quality and safety standards, and assisting the research team in implementing new products on the production floor. You will also play an active and important role in fostering BRF’s culture of sustainability — encouraging your team to understand, embrace, and embed BRF’s global ESG commitments into everyday production routines and decision-making. This is a multidimensional, high-accountability role within one of the food industry’s most recognized global brands.

Why This Role Matters: As Production Supervisor at BRF Jeddah, you are on the frontline of one of the world’s largest food companies’ mission to nourish life. Every production line you optimize, every SOP you implement, and every team member you lead and develop directly contributes to BRF’s ability to deliver high-quality, safe, and sustainably produced food products to consumers in Saudi Arabia and across the global markets the company serves. In a company guided by ethics, transparency, and innovation, your supervisory leadership is not just operational excellence — it is a direct expression of BRF’s values in action.

 Key Responsibilities

Production Manpower Coordination & Cost Management

  • Coordinate the allocation of production manpower across all assigned lines and shifts — ensuring the right people are in the right place to meet daily production targets efficiently and safely
  • Monitor and manage production-related costs — identifying opportunities to optimize resource utilization and reduce waste without compromising product quality or safety standards
  • Coordinate, start up, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across production areas — ensuring all team members understand and consistently follow established process standards
  • Optimize resource utilization by designing and implementing effective production processes that maximize output, minimize downtime, and reduce operational inefficiencies across all production lines

Engineering Support & Production Flow Development

  • Support the Engineering team in defining equipment configurations and production flows — contributing operational expertise and production floor knowledge to equipment selection and layout decisions
  • Participate actively in the decision-making process for corrective and preventive actions related to production — providing front-line data, observations, and recommendations to management and engineering teams
  • Implement and continuously support the productivity and efficiency system across all assigned production lines — monitoring KPIs and driving actions that sustain or improve performance over time
  • Assist the research and product development team in implementing new products on the production lines — ensuring smooth transitions from development specifications to reliable, consistent commercial production

Third-Party Workforce Management & Safety Standards

  • Coordinate and manage third-party workforce partners — ensuring their performance, product quality standards, and adherence to BRF’s safety requirements are consistently met and maintained
  • Set clear, measurable performance expectations for third-party teams and follow up regularly — addressing gaps, recognizing good performance, and escalating systemic issues to management promptly
  • Ensure all production personnel — both direct employees and third-party contractors — operate in full compliance with BRF’s health, safety, and quality standards at all times
  • Support and assist in one or more specific production process areas as directed — developing deep operational knowledge that supports effective team leadership and process improvement initiatives

ESG Sustainability Leadership & Team Culture

  • Comply fully with BRF’s Sustainability Policy guidelines — ensuring all daily production activities adhere to BRF’s global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments and sustainability plan indicators
  • Foster a genuine culture of sustainability within the production team — actively encouraging all team members to understand their role in BRF’s ESG commitments and sustainable development agenda
  • Promote environmental responsibility in production operations — supporting waste reduction, energy efficiency, water conservation, and responsible resource management across the Jeddah Factory
  • Ensure a strong connection between BRF’s strategic sustainability vision and the practical, day-to-day actions of the production team — making sustainability a lived reality, not just a policy document
