Key Responsibilities
Construction Activity Monitoring & CQA Compliance
- Monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure strict compliance with relevant contract documents — including technical specifications, construction drawings, approved sampling plans, and CQA (Construction Quality Assurance) plans

- Observe and document land reclamation activities — including fill placement, compaction, grading, and settlement monitoring — ensuring all reclamation works comply with approved designs and material specifications

- Prepare accurate, detailed daily field reports, weekly field reports, and project progress reports — capturing construction activities, quantities, weather conditions, non-conformances, and inspector observations in a structured, professionally presented format
- Ensure all project documentation is correct, complete, and consistently maintained in compliance with ATM Geosyntec company policies and procedures — maintaining records that are audit-ready and legally defensible at all times

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of applicable marine, civil, or structural inspection experience — OR an Associate’s degree with 4+ years of experience — OR a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Marine, Geotechnical, or Structural Engineering with 2+ years of experience
- Equivalent combinations of education, experience, and professional training that provide the required technical knowledge, skills, and inspection capabilities will also be considered
Experience Requirements
- Technical understanding of site investigation, construction quality assurance (CQA), and construction management procedures for marine, structural, and coastal infrastructure projects — mandatory for all applicants
