  • Ensure optimal product availability at all times while carefully balancing inventory levels to avoid overstocking, stock-outs, and unnecessary carrying costs
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and historical performance to produce accurate, reliable demand forecasts that drive efficient supply chain planning decisions
  • Communicate forecast updates and planning changes proactively to internal stakeholders and supplier partners to maintain supply chain alignment

Order & Shipment Management

  • Prepare regular, accurate inventory and performance reports for management — providing clear visibility of stock positions, slow-movers, and expiry risks
  • Drive the timely depletion of near-expiry inventory through proactive planning, promotional support, and inter-business unit coordination to minimise write-offs and provisions

Supplier Relationship Management & Performance

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with international suppliers across multiple product categories and business lines
  • Share monthly shipment forecasts with suppliers and coordinate regular supplier review meetings to align on service levels, lead times, and order schedules
