We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and delivery of HROptima HR & Payroll Software solutions for clients across the GCC region — covering HR, Payroll, Leave, Attendance, ESS, and Performance Management modules.

Position Overview
This Functional Consultant – HROptima HRMS role involves understanding client HR, payroll, and business processes and translating them into system configurations. You will conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design, configure HROptima modules, prepare functional documents and user manuals, deliver client training and UAT support, provide post-implementation support, and collaborate with technical teams on enhancements and integrations across GCC client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Solution Design
- Understand client HR, Payroll, and business processes and translate them into system configurations
- Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design
System Configuration
- Configure HROptima modules including HR, Payroll, Leave, Attendance, ESS, and Performance Management
- Prepare functional documents, user manuals, and process flows
Training & Go-Live Support
- Conduct client training and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide go-live support to ensure a smooth transition to the new system
Post-Implementation Support
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional queries
- Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an HRMS / Payroll Functional Consultant
- Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
- Experience in HRMS implementation and client handling
Technical & Compliance Knowledge
- Good understanding of UAE payroll practices and WPS (Wage Protection System)
- Experience with HROptima HRMS, ERP, or SaaS implementation projects
- Knowledge of HR analytics, performance appraisal, and employee self-service systems
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel across GCC regions
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred
