The HR Executive at this Dubai Tax Advisory and Business Consulting firm is responsible for managing daily HR operations across attendance management, payroll support, UAE Labour Law compliance, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and employee engagement. This comprehensive generalist role requires a proactive, process-driven professional who can implement and maintain HR policies, prepare accurate attendance reports and payroll summaries, manage all employee documentation from offer letters through to relieving letters, maintain confidential employee records and digital HR systems, and contribute to a positive, high-performance workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
HR Policy Implementation & UAE Labour Law Compliance
- Implement and maintain company HR policies related to attendance, leave management, probation, confirmation, appraisals, and employee conduct — ensuring all policies are properly documented and communicated
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law related to employment contracts, employee benefits, payroll practices, and all core HR processes
- Stay updated with UAE employment regulations and HR best practices — applying knowledge proactively to protect both the organisation and its employees
- Support the implementation of HR procedures and maintain consistent compliance with company standards across all departments
Attendance Management & Payroll Support
- Maintain accurate daily attendance records — including late arrivals, early departures, missing punches, and leave records — and address discrepancies through proper documentation and communication
- Monitor attendance trends and prepare weekly attendance reports for management review — providing clear, timely visibility of workforce attendance patterns
- Prepare monthly attendance summaries and coordinate with the Finance team for accurate payroll processing — supporting payroll calculations, deductions, and leave adjustments
- Ensure all attendance and payroll documentation is maintained accurately in digital HR systems and is available for management and audit review at all times
Employee Lifecycle Management & HR Documentation
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle — including onboarding, probation tracking, confirmation, performance review coordination, resignation handling, final settlements, and exit formalities
- Prepare and maintain all required HR documents — including Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Warning Letters, Experience Certificates, and Relieving Letters
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee files, HR records, attendance data, and employee communications — ensuring proper documentation through digital HR systems at all times
- Handle resignation procedures and exit formalities in full compliance with UAE Labour Law — ensuring professional, compliant, and empathetic employee separations
Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture
- Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs that contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Contribute to creating and maintaining a professional, disciplined, and high-performance workplace environment that attracts and retains talent
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, attendance queries, leave management, and general HR support needs
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR processes, documentation, and employee experience — recommending and implementing positive changes
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a directly related field — required for this HR Executive role
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in HR Executive, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles — UAE HR experience is strongly preferred
- Good working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, employment regulations, and HR best practices in the UAE business environment
- Experience with attendance management systems and payroll support activities in a UAE-based organisation
Essential Skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills — able to manage multiple HR activities simultaneously with consistent accuracy and attention to detail
