Position Overview
This ACES Specialist / Operations Executive role involves managing daily end-to-end operations for a combination of small sites, supervising last mile operations, meeting customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets, upholding safety and morale, driving performance management of team members, preparing training and development plans for riders, and conducting 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Management
- Manage, on a daily basis, end to end operations for a combination of small sites
- Supervise last mile operations and 3P Store Operations
- Meet customer facing metrics while maintaining cost targets
Team Leadership & Performance
- Uphold safety and morale of the team reporting to you
- Drive performance management of team members
- Prepare and implement training and development plans for riders
- Motivate, coach, report and provide feedback on associates’ performance
Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Ensure Amazon policies, including attendance tracking, are implemented fairly and consistently
- Monitor under-the-roof/on-the-road productivity, quality and safety standards
- Conduct 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis
Process Improvement & Leadership Support
- Continuously improve the delivery process for sustained performance improvement
- Manage Delivery Service Partners (DSP) on last mile operations
- Stand in for the Area Manager when required
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of manufacturing or customer-facing environment experience
Essential Skills
- Strong record of achieving results in fast-paced operational environments
- Team leadership, coaching and performance feedback skills
- Ability to manage multiple small sites and last mile delivery operations
- Comfort working with structured audit processes such as 4M and 5S
