 Position Overview
This Scaffolding Materials Specialist role requires a proactive professional capable of coordinating across business, technology, scheduling, and logistics functions to ensure seamless project execution while mitigating risks and resolving on-site issues in real time. You will manage the complete material lifecycle — from pre-shipment briefings and shipment plan tracking through on-site receiving, return plan tracking, over-return investigation, and final asset write-off and settlement support.

 Key Responsibilities
Project Initiation & Shipment Coordination
- Organize and lead pre-shipment internal briefings with business, technical, and scheduling teams
- Provide written material arrival briefings to clients before first delivery
- Proactively monitor shipment plan execution and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors immediately
- Oversee vehicle unloading and material sign-off processes against delivery documentation
Materials, Returns & Asset Management
- Investigate and resolve shipment restrictions caused by overdue authorizations or unsigned contracts
- Manage recycling and disposal of defective products, coordinating returns for unreceived materials
- Lead project exit briefings and supervise packing quality and damage assessment
- Guide customers on return specifications and track return plan execution to prevent empty trips or delays
- Investigate over-return incidents, determine root causes, and coordinate corrective actions
- Confirm complete material return with clients and coordinate asset write-off with business managers
Settlement, Quality & Reporting
- Complete monthly settlement confirmations and assist with final project settlements
- Address material quality complaints promptly and track corrective actions
- Conduct monthly on-site inspections via the Xiaohongren APP and report abnormalities
- Complete daily administration, attendance, planning, and reporting tasks
- Safeguard assigned company tools, computers, and supplies
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 3–5 years in construction/scaffolding materials management, project coordination, or logistics
- 3+ years of construction experience
- 3+ years of work experience with materials management
Essential Skills
- Strong communicator with client-facing experience and multi-stakeholder coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, disciplined in documentation, and capable of working under pressure on active construction sites
- Proficient with MS Office, project tracking tools, and digital communication platforms (WeCom, Xiaohongren)
