We are hiring a Lubricants Operations Team Leader in the United Arab Emirates to plan and supervise blending and filling operations under toll blending companies (3rd party contract) related to the production of lubricants, greases, and speciality oils. This role coordinates with toll blending companies under ADD contract to ensure smooth and timely production as per schedules, manages GRP-III base oils storage and distribution, and oversees in-house production of ADNOC Blue.

 Position Overview
This Lubricants Operations Team Leader role involves planning and supervising blending and filling operations under toll blending companies for lubricants, greases, and speciality oils, ensuring smooth and timely production in coordination with sales, planning, and lube stores. You will manage receipt of base oil and additives, delivery of bulk finished lubricants, maintain ISO 9001 quality documentation, oversee GRP-III base oils storage and distribution, and manage in-house production of ADNOC Blue.

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Blending Operations
- Assist blending companies in organizing blending and filling schedules per weekly production programmes
- Coordinate with blending companies to prepare and issue daily lube and grease blending & filling programs
- Prepare monthly COGS for lubricants and greases in line with toll blending agreements
- Oversee daily lube blending and grease manufacturing operations to ensure ISO 9001-2015 compliance
- Ensure correct formulation is used for lube blending and grease manufacturing per set formulas
GRP-III Base Oils & ADNOC Blue Operations
- Lead the GRP-III base oils terminal’s activities per regulations and company procedures
- Manage GRP-III vessel discharge, storage, and truck loading operations
- Check and control product volume, inflows/outflows, and overall loss/gain of GRP-III Base oils
- Lead in-house production operations of ADNOC Blue in line with ISO 22241
- Manage timely supply of urea solution and filling operations for ADNOC Blue as per sales requirements
Inventory, Quality & Reporting
- Oversee daily/weekly/monthly dip taking of base oils and additives storage tanks
- Coordinate re-blending of slow or non-moving lube grades to reduce waste and promote savings
- Undertake ISO coordinator duties, ensuring timely completion of non-compliance reports
- Monitor budget, manpower, and operating expenses of toll blending operations
- Prepare daily blending reports, monthly stock statements, and support balanced scorecard reporting
 Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
Experience Requirements
- 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry in Lube/Grease and Speciality Oil production
- Including 6 years in a managerial role
