The Tally Clerk helps the storekeeper and warehouse team with safe storage, receiving and dispatch of products, keeping inventory accurate, checking stock from production, and following FEFO practices during loading to support smooth, compliant warehouse operations every day.

Position Overview
This Tally Clerk role involves receiving new products from production with correct quality and quantity, ensuring proper labelling with expiry dates, maintaining full control of warehouse stock and dispatch based on sales orders following FEFO, preparing expiry reports, monitoring slow-moving stock, submitting daily physical stock reports to the Storekeeper, and supporting packing, loading and housekeeping activities while upholding HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Receive new products from production with correct quality and quantity
- Ensure proper labelling with expiry dates
- Maintain full control of warehouse stock and dispatch based on sales orders/transfers, following FEFO
- Prepare expiry reports, monitor slow-moving stock, and control recycling stock
- Submit daily physical stock reports to the Storekeeper
- Dispatch products accurately as per orders
Receiving, Labelling & Reporting
- Prepare daily and monthly stock count reports
- Prepare ageing reports and optimize storage space
- Support loading and unloading activities
Productivity Support
- Monitor and support packing, loading forklifts, and housekeeping staff
- Assist the Storekeeper as required to maintain productivity
Quality, Compliance & HSE
- Keep warehouses clean and safe at all times
- Report any hazards or infestations to the Storekeeper or Supervisor
- Ensure trucks are in clean condition before loading
- Ensure helpers, forklift operators and truck drivers use proper PPE and follow GWP/HSE protocols
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- High School certificate
- Warehouse-related certificate preferable
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in FMCG companies
- 2-3 years relevant experience
- Middle East experience preferable

- Basic understanding of trade finance and accounting
