Position Overview
Lead the team in execution of Gate 2 management for the Emirates Engine Maintenance Center (EEMC), completed through the utilization and deployment of FLIGHT DECK principles. This role coordinates and expedites the flow of materials according to production schedules, plans and schedules material and production needs, and owns budgets and operating plans for the team, with significant autonomy and high visibility within the business.

Key Responsibilities
Gate 2 Management & Material Flow
- Lead team in execution of Gate 2 management utilizing FLIGHT DECK principles
- Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials according to production schedules
- Plan and schedule material and production needs
Team & Budget Ownership
- Own budgets and operating plans for the team
- Manage team through planning, material processes, and systems
- Prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs
Stakeholder & Customer Collaboration
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with product, MTO, and engineering teams to drive customer success and retention
- Ensure long-term partnerships and expansion opportunities
Process Improvement & Leadership
- Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs
- Optimize inventory and process improvements
- Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices
- Lead others to find creative solutions within complex manufacturing processes
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Significant experience in Manufacturing & Materials Planning and Execution
- Knowledge level comparable to a Master’s degree from an accredited university (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
