Position Overview
This Production Supervisor role is responsible for supervising and controlling the industrial production process, and for overseeing and organizing the work of employees during their shift in the production areas. You will supervise daily production operations to achieve targets, lead, coach, and develop the production team, ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards, monitor key performance indicators such as OEE, Yield, Waste, and Downtime, and coordinate closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Production Operations Supervision
- Supervise daily production operations to achieve production targets
- Oversee and organize the work of employees during shift in the production areas
- Control the industrial production process from start to finish
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop the production team
- Build strong shift-based teams comfortable in a refrigerated environment
- Drive accountability and performance across the production floor
Food Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
- Maintain hygiene and quality protocols throughout production
- Support audit readiness and corrective action follow-up
KPI Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, Yield, Waste, and Downtime
- Track and report shift performance against production targets
- Use ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle to support data-driven decisions
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
- Resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Ensure smooth handovers between shifts and departments
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Operations Management, or a related field
Experience Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in FMCG or Food Manufacturing
- Experience in protein processing (Poultry, Meat, Seafood, or Plant-Based Proteins) is preferred
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a shift-based and refrigerated production environment
