Position Overview

This Store Coordinator role transfers materials from receiving to the Kardex system, assembles and picks items based on the Bill of Materials, and coordinates replacement of damaged materials with suppliers. You will run replenishment reports and process transactions in Oracle, manage Kanban inventory, conduct weekly and monthly cycle counts, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate Kardex records to ensure full traceability across warehouse and production operations.

 Key Responsibilities

Kardex Kitting Operations

  • Transfer materials from the receiving area to the Kardex system
  • Assemble and accurately pick items based on the Bill of Materials
  • Coordinate replacement of damaged or non-conforming materials with suppliers
  • Label and package kits for clear identification and safe handling

Inventory & Replenishment Management

  • Run replenishment reports, process move orders, and complete system transactions in Oracle
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to the assembly line to support production operations
  • Manage consumables and Kanban inventory to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of Kanban materials

Shipping, Monitoring & Issue Resolution

  • Perform physical picking and packing for shipments to AMMC
  • Monitor system alerts for unissued parts and resolve discrepancies
  • Support redlight tool processes to address inventory-related issues

Cycle Counting & Inventory Accuracy

  • Conduct weekly cycle counts for raw materials to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Perform monthly cycle counts for press production inventory
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies such as missing or excess stock
  • Maintain accurate records in the Kardex system to ensure traceability
  • Process scrap transactions within the system

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in business, engineering, logistics, or supply chain

Experience Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse operations or material handling (typically 2-3 years or equivalent practical exposure)
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes

Essential Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels and functions
  • Effective performance in fast-paced settings, maintaining focus and quality

Preferred Qualifications
