Position Overview
The Senior Process Engineer Logistics (Inbound & Outbound / Process Logistics) at Exyte in Bad Homburg leads process planning for inbound, warehousing, outbound and process logistics that directly supports biotechnological active-ingredient production and related technologies. Overseeing all planning phases with full budget responsibility — from concept development through to execution, installation supervision, commissioning and qualification — this professional defines technical process requirements, prepares tender documents, leads interdisciplinary project teams and acts as the primary logistics process engineering interface across piping, I&C, automation and utilities engineering disciplines.
Why This Role Matters: At Exyte, the Senior Process Engineer Logistics is the engineering intelligence behind the physical movement of materials, active ingredients and biotechnological products through some of the world’s most precisely designed pharmaceutical facilities. From defining material flow analysis and creating process flow diagrams to leading HAZOP and FMEA risk assessments and presenting results to international stakeholders — your logistics engineering expertise directly shapes the operational reliability, regulatory compliance and production efficiency of facilities that will manufacture life-changing biotechnological therapies for patients worldwide.
