Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Antenna Design & Architecture
- Lead design, development, and optimization of antenna architectures for radar systems
- Design radiating elements, subarrays, array structures, and feeding networks
- Define antenna requirements from system-level radar performance needs
- Translate radar objectives into electrical and mechanical design targets
Electromagnetic Simulation & Analysis
- Perform electromagnetic simulation using HFSS, CST, or equivalent tools
- Conduct design optimization and technical trade-off analyses
- Ensure alignment between theoretical performance and implementation feasibility
- Analyze gain, bandwidth, beamwidth, polarization, efficiency, and sidelobe levels
Verification & Testing
- Develop antenna verification strategies and lead test campaigns
- Perform impedance characterization and radiation pattern measurement
- Assess gain and polarization performance against design targets
- Correlate simulation results with measured laboratory and chamber data
Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support integration of antenna solutions into radar assemblies
- Ensure compatibility with RF front ends, TR modules, and radomes
- Address mechanical packaging, thermal constraints, and platform performance requirements
- Work closely with RF, TRM, mechanical, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams
Technical Leadership & Documentation

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related discipline
Experience Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in antenna engineering, electromagnetic design, and validation of RF systems
- Experience with radar, EW, SATCOM, or other defense/aerospace antenna applications is highly desirable
Technical Skills
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of electromagnetics, antenna arrays, and propagation
- Proven experience with EM simulation tools such as HFSS or CST
- Ability to interpret laboratory and chamber measurement results
- Familiarity with environmental, qualification, and reliability requirements for defense systems
Essential Skills
