Key Responsibilities
Civil Construction Site Support
- Support all civil construction activities on site in compliance with approved project plans and specifications
- Contribute to the execution of civil engineering works including earthworks, concrete structures, drainage, and site infrastructure
- Assist in the coordination of civil works within oil and gas facility environments in Abu Dhabi
- Ensure all on-site civil activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards
Safety Standards & HSE Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to all site safety standards, ADNOC HSE requirements, and applicable regulations
- Follow all permit-to-work (PTW) procedures and safety protocols required for oil and gas construction sites
- Participate in safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE inspections as required by project management
- Report all safety incidents, near-misses, and hazards promptly to the appropriate supervisory authority
Quality Requirements & Documentation
- Adhere to all quality requirements and project specifications for civil engineering works
- Support inspection and testing activities to verify that completed civil works meet the required project standards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to civil construction activities as required
- Coordinate with site supervisors and quality teams to address and resolve any non-conformances efficiently
Coordination & Site Operations
