Safety & Team Leadership
- Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing across the team and site
- Support and lead a team, handling administrative work while building a strong team culture
Quality & Performance Management
- Analyse and implement corrective actions to maintain consistently high quality and productivity
- Ensure business objectives are met across all shifts
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service
- Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes
Daily Operational Management
- Maintain safety standards within the team and across the site
- Monitor and maintain process efficiency, handling escalations and contingency planning
- Analyse data and performance metrics with business leaders and discuss technical improvements with engineers
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or Lean techniques experience
- Ability to push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts
