Gulf Warehousing Company is hiring an Assistant Team Leader to support the Warehouse Team Leader in running daily warehouse and dark store operations, from receiving to dispatch, within strict service level agreements.

✔ Supervise associates handling receiving, picking, packing, replenishment and dispatch.
✔ Keep orders accurate and dispatched within SLAs.
✔ Protect stock accuracy, safety standards and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities
What You Will Do Day to Day
- Support the Warehouse Team Leader in daily warehouse and dark store operations.
- Supervise staff in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, replenishment and dispatch.
- Make sure quick commerce orders are accurate and dispatched within SLAs.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits and discrepancy reports.
- Replenish fast-moving products on time.
- Coordinate with 3PL partners, delivery teams and other departments.
- Track attendance, shift allocation and productivity.
- Apply FIFO and FEFO and handle damaged or expired items correctly.
- Maintain housekeeping, hygiene, safety and discipline.
- Prepare daily operational reports and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant warehouse operations experience.
- Preferred: experience in 3PL, quick commerce, e-commerce or dark store operations.
- Advantage: previous team coordination or staff supervision experience.
- Good understanding of warehouse procedures and health and safety requirements.
