Position Overview
This BMS Operator role involves providing the maintenance supervisor with planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules, analyzing plant behavior against set points, and performing daily auditing of plant performance using BMS facilities. You will analyze failure causes and provide diagnostics for supervisor approval, use historical data to propose efficiency improvements, and program the BMS and PPM system for automatic periodic testing of plants.

Key Responsibilities
PPM Scheduling & Plant Analysis
- Provide the maintenance supervisor with planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for implementation and follow-up
- Analyze the behavior of plants with respect to set points and set up various control parameters
- Perform daily auditing of plant performance using BMS facilities, including data logging, plant review, and alarm manager status
Diagnostics & System Improvement
- Analyze reasons for plant failure and provide specific diagnostics, problem analysis, and remedial action recommendations
- Use historical logged data to review systems and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operation cost
Automated Testing & System Programming
- Program the BMS and PPM system and other plants for automatic periodic testing
- Cover systems including standby power generator, diesel-driven firefighting pump, and fire alarm system
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Degree in BMS Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in the same role, with proven knowledge in the operation and maintenance of the equipment
