Position Overview
This Senior Operator role involves performing rigging up/down, running in hole, pulling out of hole, and draw work in preparing logging strings. You will run logging tools with strong understanding of winch and winch control panel measurements, check and test logging tools, and participate in training on radioactive materials and well logging explosives, transport, and storage.

Key Responsibilities
Wireline Logging Operations
- Perform rigging up/rigging down, running in hole, pulling out of hole, and draw work in preparing logging strings
- Run logging tools with strong understanding of winch and winch control panel measurements
- Check and test logging tools
- Participate in training on radioactive materials usage, transport, and storage
- Attend training on well logging explosives (perforations), transport, and storage
Policies, Training & Continuous Improvement
- Implement and comply with all relevant functional policies, processes, systems, and standards
- Provide on-the-job training to meet Competency Based Training programs for UAE Nationalization
- Contribute to identifying areas for continuous improvement in operating procedures
HSE, Housekeeping & Reporting
- Comply with HSE policies, procedures, and controls in line with international standards and ADNOC Code of Practices
- Participate in Emergency Response duties as a team member
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment in line with hygiene and housekeeping standards
- Provide inputs for section progress reports and prepare KPI checklists for management
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Logging Engineering or equivalent
Experience Requirements
- 6 years of Wireline (E-Logging) experience

- Air-conditioned environment, with occasional site visits exposed to prevailing weather conditions
