A growing training and certification provider is looking for a Business Development Executive in Dubai to sell food safety training, hygiene courses and professional programmes. You will find new clients, understand their training needs, send proposals, close deals and build lasting corporate relationships across the UAE.
Training Programmes You Will Sell
✔ Food safety and food hygiene training
✔ HACCP and Food Safety Management System training
✔ ISO 22000, GHP and GMP courses
✔ Person-in-Charge (PIC) training and certification
✔ Food microbiology, laboratory and ISO/IEC 17025 training
✔ Customised corporate food safety programmes
Position Overview
This is a great sales opportunity for someone who already knows the UAE food and hospitality market. You will work with hotels, restaurants, catering firms, food manufacturers and retailers, helping their teams stay compliant and trained.

Key Responsibilities
- Find and approach new clients in F&B, hospitality, catering, manufacturing and retail
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, client visits and referrals
- Recommend the right training programme for each client’s needs
- Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up until the deal closes
- Build relationships with HR, Quality, HSE and Operations teams
- Coordinate with trainers to schedule and deliver courses
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and hit revenue targets
Requirements
- 3+ years in business development or sales within food safety training, certification, consultancy or a similar field
- Good knowledge of the UAE food, hospitality and F&B market
- Contacts in hotels, restaurants, catering or food manufacturing are a plus
- Proven record of winning new clients and corporate accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- UAE market experience preferred
