The Crop Advisor Trainee at Simplot Grower Solutions in Burns, Oregon works closely alongside an experienced Crop Advisor — gradually taking ownership of grower relationships and agronomic responsibilities across the territory. - Work closely and consistently with an experienced Simplot Crop Advisor — actively absorbing agronomic knowledge, sales skills, customer relationship approaches and territory management techniques through daily mentorship and hands-on field experience across the Burns territory.
- Develop the agronomic skills, product knowledge, relationship-building capability and commercial judgment needed to transition into a full Crop Advisor role — demonstrating growing readiness and taking on increasing responsibility as confidence and competence develop throughout the training period.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education
