Key Responsibilities
Event Setup & Breakdown
- Set up and break down event materials for banquets and functions
- Transport supplies as needed throughout each event
Guest Interaction & Order Service
- Take orders and interact with guests throughout the event
- Make transactions feel like part of the overall guest experience
Quality, Safety & Professionalism
- Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures
- Uphold quality standards and maintain professional appearance and communication
Physical Requirements
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Experience Requirements
- Less than 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
Additional Requirements
- No specific license or certification required
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform hands-on tasks for extended periods
