Position Overview
This Executive, Production role at New Zealand Dairy Products (BD) Limited involves overseeing daily production operations as per schedule, ensuring efficiency and quality, and managing smooth plant operations while minimizing changeovers and material wastage. You will ensure machines operate according to SOPs, maintain production records and report on key metrics, evaluate performance and train operators and production workers, and maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the production unit.

Key Responsibilities
Production Operations Management
- Oversee daily production operations as per schedule and ensure efficiency and quality
- Manage smooth plant operations, minimizing changeovers and material wastage
- Ensure all machines operate in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Records & Performance Reporting
- Maintain production records and report on key metrics
Training & Workforce Development
- Evaluate performance and provide necessary training for operators and production unit workers
Hygiene, Safety & Sanitation
- Maintain proper hygiene, safety, and sanitation in the production unit according to standards
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Engineering and Technology
