Position Overview
This F&B Supervisor position at M Management Company in Dubai puts you at the forefront of world-class hospitality operations. You will manage day-to-day food and beverage service, supervise and motivate the service team, maintain and uphold the company’s high service standards, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities
F&B Operations Supervision
- Oversee day-to-day food and beverage service operations across M Management Company’s award-winning venues
- Ensure all service standards are consistently maintained and upheld to the highest level at all times
- Monitor operational efficiency and proactively address any issues impacting service quality or guest flow
- Uphold operational excellence across restaurants, nightlife, and events managed by the company
Team Leadership & Staff Supervision
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the F&B service team to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Provide hands-on guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and high-performance work culture
- Facilitate clear and efficient communication between departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support staff development through coaching, performance monitoring, and on-the-job feedback
Guest Satisfaction & Experience Management
- Monitor guest satisfaction continuously and respond swiftly to feedback or concerns during service
- Ensure every guest receives exceptional, personalized service aligned with M Management’s brand standards
- Handle guest complaints professionally and implement effective resolutions to maintain loyalty and reputation
- Champion a guest-first culture across all venues, driving satisfaction scores and return visits
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Enforce and uphold all health and safety regulations and food service hygiene practices at all times
- Ensure the team adheres to UAE hospitality compliance standards and internal operational protocols
- Conduct regular checks to maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized service environment
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all operational and guest-facing aspects of the role
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage for senior consideration
- Relevant professional certifications in food service, hospitality, or supervisory management are a plus
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry — essential for all applicants
- Thorough hands-on knowledge of food and beverage service operations and hospitality industry standards
Essential Skills
- Strong supervisory skills with proven ability to lead, direct, and motivate diverse service teams effectively
